How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Every mat is printed to order, so the total is production plus transit. Production takes 2-5 business days. Transit within the United States is a further 1-7 business days.

Why is it made to order?
Because it means every design stays available instead of only the ones that sold well enough to reprint, and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be discounted. The trade is a few days at the start.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the United States. Email support@modopad.com if you are outside the US and we will tell you when that changes.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the mat leaves the print facility.
Delays
Carrier delays happen, particularly between late November and the end of December. If a parcel has not moved for five business days, email us and we will chase it or reprint it.
