Is there a warranty on a ModoPad desk mat?

Yes. 2 years from delivery, covering the edge stitching, the rubber base and the print.

Most mousepad brands publish no warranty at all while selling on durability. We would rather write ours down.

What is covered

• Edge stitching - fraying, unravelling or separation under normal desk use
• Base - delamination, or loss of grip that is not down to dust or spilled liquid
• Print - cracking, peeling, or fading under normal indoor use

What is not covered

• Cuts, burns, pet damage and heavy staining
• Damage from machine washing or tumble drying
• Fading from prolonged direct sunlight
• Normal change in surface feel over years of use

How do I make a claim?

Email support@modopad.com with a photograph and your order number. Approval is photo-based - you do not need to ship the mat back before we decide. Approved claims are replaced free.

Who does it cover?

The original purchaser, with proof of purchase. It is not transferable.
